From Boston:

  1. Take I-90 (Mass Turnpike) west to exit 15 - 128/I-95 North
  2. Take exit 27A - Totten Pond Road, bear right and follow to the end where it intersects Lexington Street
  3. Turn right at Lexington and then a left at the first set of lights onto Beaver Street
  4. Go around the rotary and take the second exit, towards Bentley College, to stay on Beaver Street
  5. Follow Beaver Street past Bentley to the light at Route 60/Waverley Oaks Road and take a left onto Waverley Oaks Road
  6. The driveway for 309 is the second right, not including the Shell gas station.

From MetroWest:

  1. Take I-90 (Mass Pike) east to Exit 15 - 128/I-95 North
  2. Follow directions above

From South of Boston:

  1. Take route 128/I-95 North to exit 27A - Totten Pond Road
  2. Bear right and follow to the end where it intersects Lexington Street
  3. Follow directions above

From North of Boston:

  1. Take route 128/I-95 South to exit 28 Trapelo Road
  2. Take a left off the ramp and follow almost 4 miles to Route 60/Waverley Oaks Road
  3. Take a right onto Waverley Oaks Road and go about 1/2 mile, 309 is on the left, just after the Tile International Store and across from a small greenhouse

From Route 2:

  1. Take exit 58 for route 60 west and follow signs to Belmont for about three miles
  2. Stay on route 60 by making a right onto Trapelo Road
  3. Stay on route 60 by making a left towards Waltham at the second set of lights onto Waverley Oaks Road
  4. Follow Waverley Oaks Road about 1/2 mile, 309 is on the left, just after the Tile International Store and across from a small greenhouse
