Top 100 Managed Services Providers
The second annual MSPmentor 100 list, which celebrates the world’s most progressive managed services providers, was unveiled in February by MSPmentor.
mindSHIFT Technologies was ranked Number One on the list, based on a combination of nine variables:
- Total managed services revenue (in U.S. dollars, 2008)
- Managed services revenue growth (in U.S. dollars, 2008 vs. 2007)
- Managed services revenue growth (percentage, 2008 vs. 2007)
- Percentage of company revenue from managed services (2008)
- Number of devices managed (2008)
- Devices managed growth, actual number (2008 vs. 2007)
- Devices managed percentage growth (2008 vs. 2007)
- Full-time technicians (2008)
- Managed services revenue per full-time technician (2008)
In addition to topping the overall list, mindSHIFT was also named the second largest U.S.-based MSP in terms of number of devices managed.
MSPmentor reviewed data for nearly 1,000 companies to determine the top 100 in the world. Eighty-one percent of the top 100 (81) are headquartered in the United States.
