Howard Borochaner
Vice President, Regional Operations

Howard Borochaner is responsible for directing core services delivery, technology support and account management for mindSHIFT.  Prior to this position, he was mindSHIFT's Senior Director of Technical Services in the Levittown, PA office. Mr. Borochaner joined mindSHIFT Technologies in July of 2005. He was the President and founder of Dynamic Digital Services, prior to its acquisition by mindSHIFT. For more than two decades, Dynamic Digital was one of the Philadelphia area’s most successful IT support organizations.

Mr. Borochaner worked for Dynamic Digital as the company’s first engineer. As the company matured, he directed technical services, focusing on development and delivery of cutting-edge managed services product offerings.

Vicki J. Brown
Vice President, Marketing

Vicki J. Brown brings more than 14 years of marketing management experience to mindSHIFT. She was most recently Vice President of Marketing at IntelliReach Corporation, the integrated messaging management software company acquired by Infocrossing . Prior to IntelliReach, Ms. Brown was Chief Operating Officer at IDC, leading the marketing initiatives and infrastructure improvements that enabled IDC’s rapid revenue and profit growth. In her 15-year career at IDC, Ms. Brown held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and VP of Systems and Software Research.

Prior to IDC, Ms. Brown was the Director of Entry Desktops Product Marketing at Sun Microsystems, where she successfully launched the SPARCstation 5, then the highest selling product in Sun’s 13-year history.

Joe Croft
Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Joe Croft brings more than 20 years of telecom and data networking experience to mindSHIFT and is responsible for developing and managing the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Most recently, he was responsible for the acquisitions of FivePoints Compliance and Network Alternatives, as well as the merger with Invision.

He has held senior management positions in the long distance, wireless, and Internet data networking sub industries for both start-up and established companies, including CoreExpress, SAVVIS, MicroCell Management, and MCI.

Mary Joyce McCarthy
Vice President, Customer Care

Mary Joyce McCarthy has more than 20 years of Customer Service management experience and is a tremendous asset to mindSHIFT.

Ms. McCarthy comes from Discovery Communications, where she spent the last 3 years as the Vice President of IT Global Customer Support. Prior to that, Mary Joyce spent over 18 years in a variety of management roles at MCI and WorldCom. When she left in 2002, she was a leader in the Customer Sales and Service team.

Brandie Melendez
Vice President, Human Resources

Brandie Melendez directs all human resources aspects of the mindSHIFT organization, including employee recruitment, retention, benefits program and policy improvements. Her expertise in human resource management has enabled mindSHIFT to successfully assimilate nearly 200 employees from several acquired companies, including Union Square Technology Group, Dynamic Digital Services, FivePoints Compliance, Network Alternatives and Invision. Prior to mindSHIFT, Ms. Melendez was the Human Resources Manager at Union Square Technology Group.

She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

David J. Paris
Vice President, Technology

David Paris is the VP of Technology for mindSHIFT. Prior to this position, he served as VP of Integration, where he managed the integration of mindSHIFT's portfolio of services, and as VP of Engineering. In his engineering executive role, he directed all the engineering aspects of our customers’ computing environments, including selection of hardware and software, integration services, and comprehensive testing to ensure that the mindSHIFT solution meets our customers’ exacting requirements and is technically sound and cost effective.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Paris spent over 16 years with EDS, designing, implementing, and managing a wide range of large-scale communications systems and technical solutions.

Tom Tighe
Vice President, Sales

Mr. Tighe brings more than 14 years of sales and sales management experience to mindSHIFT and is responsible for all sales activity across the company.

Prior to joining mindSHIFT, Mr. Tighe held various sales and national sales positions at large corporations, including FedEx and Stryker Medical, in addition to start-up companies such as Confidant.

Bill Webb
Vice President, Product Engineering and Development

Bill Webb directs all product engineering and development aspects of our customers’ computing environments, including selection of hardware and software, integration services, and comprehensive testing to ensure that the mindSHIFT solution meets our customers’ exacting requirements and is technically sound and cost effective. Mr. Webb initially joined mindSHIFT to bring a strong product focus to the organization. In his previous role as VP of Product Management, he was responsible for the overall product strategy, development, and rollout of new strategic product offerings to further enhance mindSHIFT’s leadership position.

Prior to mindSHIFT, Mr. Webb spent five years as the Vice President of Product Management for the e-Business offerings at USi. Previously he was Vice President of Operations of the DIGEX Web Site Management Division and spent six years with Accenture.

Skip Yost
Vice President, Information Technology

Skip Yost brings more than 20 years of IT management, development, operations, and outsourcing management of Microsoft applications and is responsible for mindSHIFT's IT, facilities, and systems integration. He has been responsible for the development of numerous information systems, including a Peace Corps database that won Vice President Al Gore's Hammer Award, which is reserved for pioneers who create an innovative and unique process or program to make government work better and achieve results Americans care about.

He has held senior management positions in the IT outsourcing, application service provider, and managed service provider industries, including Lockheed Martin, DigitalNet, USi, Divine, and the Peace Corps.
