Ravi Agarwal
Senior Executive Officer, Technology Innovation
With a focus on new technologies, Ravi Agarwal is responsible for determining strategic plans and new business opportunities. A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Agarwal has founded or co-founded two companies -- Collaboration Online, Limited Company, which was acquired by mindSHIFT in April 2008, and Bizland, Inc., a website hosting company where he served as the company's CEO and Chairman. After co-founding Collaboration Online in 2002, Mr. Agarwal served as the company's Chief Executive Officer. He started his career in General Electric's plastics division, where he completed the company's acclaimed management training program.
An expert on hosting, Mr. Agarwal is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and has been quoted in numerous industry publications, including Redmond Channel Partner and WHIR.

Howard Borochaner
Vice President, Regional Operations
Howard Borochaner is responsible for directing core services delivery, technology support and account management for mindSHIFT. Prior to this position, he was mindSHIFT's Senior Director of Technical Services in the Levittown, PA office. Mr. Borochaner joined mindSHIFT Technologies in July of 2005. He was the President and founder of Dynamic Digital Services, prior to its acquisition by mindSHIFT. For more than two decades, Dynamic Digital was one of the Philadelphia area’s most successful IT support organizations.
Mr. Borochaner worked for Dynamic Digital as the company’s first engineer. As the company matured, he directed technical services, focusing on development and delivery of cutting-edge managed services product offerings.

Vicki J. Brown
Vice President, Marketing
A results-oriented marketing leader who oversees the marketing function across mindSHIFT’s four business units, Vicki J. Brown drives demand and generates leads through a market strategy that differentiates and strengthens the mindSHIFT brand. Ms. Brown was recently named to the distinguished MSPmentor 250 list, which identifies executives who are shaping the managed services industry worldwide.
Prior to mindSHIFT, she was Vice President of Marketing at IntelliReach Corporation, the integrated messaging management software company acquired by Infocrossing .
Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has held numerous executive positions in worldwide marketing, sales, product management and business unit management. As Chief Operating Officer at IDC, Ms. Brown led the marketing initiatives and infrastructure improvements that enabled IDC’s rapid revenue and profit growth. As the Director of Entry Desktops Product Marketing at Sun Microsystems, she successfully launched the SPARCstation 5, then the highest selling product in Sun’s 13-year history.

Joe Croft
Vice President, Product and Strategy
As VP of Product and Strategy, Joe Croft focuses on technology and innovation in products and services, while simultaneously coordinating mindSHIFT's strategic plans for business opportunities and new acquisitions. In his former role as mindSHIFT's VP of Strategy and Business Development, Mr. Croft developed and managed the company’s strategic growth initiatives and was responsible for the acquisitions of 123together.com, groupSPARK.com and Network Alternatives, as well as the merger with Invision.
Bringing more than 20 years of telecom and data networking experience to mindSHIFT, Mr. Croft has been recognized two years in a row as an leader who is shaping the managed services industry. He was named to the distinguished MSPmentor 250 list in both 2008 and 2009.
He has held senior management positions in the long distance, wireless, and Internet data networking sub industries for both start-up and established companies, including CoreExpress, SAVVIS, MicroCell Management, and MCI.

Mary Joyce McCarthy
Vice President, Customer Care
Mary Joyce McCarthy has more than 20 years of Customer Service management experience and is a tremendous asset to mindSHIFT.
Ms. McCarthy comes from Discovery Communications, where she spent the last 3 years as the Vice President of IT Global Customer Support. Prior to that, Mary Joyce spent over 18 years in a variety of management roles at MCI and WorldCom. When she left in 2002, she was a leader in the Customer Sales and Service team.

Brandie Melendez
Vice President, Human Resources
Brandie Melendez directs all human resources aspects of the mindSHIFT organization, including employee recruitment, retention, benefits program and policy improvements. Her expertise in human resource management has enabled mindSHIFT to successfully assimilate more than 200 employees from several acquired companies, including Union Square Technology Group, Dynamic Digital Services, FivePoints Compliance, Network Alternatives, Invision and Collaboration Online, Limited Company. Prior to mindSHIFT, Ms. Melendez was the Human Resources Manager at Union Square Technology Group.
She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

David J. Paris
Vice President, Technology
David Paris is the VP of Technology for mindSHIFT. Prior to this position, he served as VP of Integration, where he managed the integration of mindSHIFT's portfolio of services, and as VP of Engineering. In his engineering executive role, he directed all the engineering aspects of our customers’ computing environments, including selection of hardware and software, integration services, and comprehensive testing to ensure that the mindSHIFT solution meets our customers’ exacting requirements and is technically sound and cost effective.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Paris spent over 16 years with EDS, designing, implementing, and managing a wide range of large-scale communications systems and technical solutions.

Tom Tighe
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Tighe brings more than 14 years of sales and sales management experience to mindSHIFT and is responsible for all sales activity across the company.
Prior to joining mindSHIFT, Mr. Tighe held various sales and national sales positions at large corporations, including FedEx and Stryker Medical, in addition to start-up companies such as Confidant.

Bill Webb
Vice President, Information Systems
Bill Webb directs mindSHIFT's internal development efforts across all business units. He brings a wealth of product management and strategy expertise to the VP of Information Systems position. Previously at mindSHIFT, he held positions as the VP of Product Engineering and Development -- where he managed the product engineering and development aspects of our customers’ computing environments -- and VP of Product Management, where he was responsible for the overall product strategy, development and rollout of new strategic product offerings to further enhance mindSHIFT’s leadership position. New services launched under Mr. Webb's direction include email archiving and server virtualization.
Prior to mindSHIFT, Mr. Webb spent five years as the Vice President of Product Management for the e-Business offerings at USi. Previously he was Vice President of Operations of the DIGEX Web Site Management Division and spent six years with Accenture.
