Better IT for Better Healthcare

Crosswinds Wellness and Counseling, a rural healthcare services organization, was facing frequent downtime and constant instability with their outdated network and telephone systems. The situation reached a breaking point when their network went down for four days. Unable to administer injections to patients or track appointments or schedules, services ground to an abrupt halt throughout its 17 locations.

mindSHIFT worked with its rural locations to design a cloud-based solution that would solve their connectivity issues and streamline work and collaboration, in the office or in the field. Ultimately we were able to provide a secure, stable, and highly scalable platform in the cloud, so CrossWinds could continue to provide more flexible, patient-oriented care.
