Pat McCormick
General Manager and Senior Vice President
Services Sales, Operations and Support 

Pat is responsible for sales and operations for mindSHIFT services. This includes customer acquisition, onboarding, growth and retention, and services delivery, infrastructure and support. 

Pat also oversees service enhancement, operational efficiency and automation improvements, as well as P&L management, cost management and revenue expansion.

Prior to joining mindSHIFT, Pat co-founded Network Alternatives in 1999 which was acquired by mindSHIFT in 2007. Before Network Alternatives, he worked as Chief Operating Officer at a regional law firm.

Pat earned his MBA at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Joe Croft
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Strategic Planning 

Joe has over 30 years of experience in the technology, data networking and telecommunications industries. With mindSHIFT since 2004, Joe leads business planning and finance operations, human resources and legal.

Prior to his current role, Joe held several executive positions with areas of responsibility including mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, and product development.

Joe has been named to the MSPmentor 250 list ranking him among the most influential managed IT service provider executives shaping the industry.

Earlier in his career, Joe held a variety of senior positions in the data networking and telecommunications industries for a number of start-up and large companies including CoreExpress, Savvis, Microcell Management, and MCI Communications.

Joe holds an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and a BS in Engineering from the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering.

 

Bill Webb
Vice President
Services Strategy and Development

Bill brings over 25 years in information technology and managed services to his current position. His expertise drives the key functions required to define and create mindSHIFT services including strategy, development, alliances and partner management, engineering, and software development.

Bill joined mindSHIFT in 2004 as Vice President of Product Management, serving also as Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to mindSHIFT, Bill held product management, operations and software development leadership roles at USinternetworking, DIGEX and Accenture.

Bill is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics. He also holds an MBA from Virginia Tech.

 

Bob Lamendola
Vice President
Services Infrastructure and Support

With over 30 years of information technology experience and more than 15 years with mindSHIFT, Bob oversees all aspects of mindSHIFT’s internal and external IT Services infrastructure engineering, operations and support centers. 

Bob’s areas of responsibility range from infrastructure and application services engineering and design to real time operations including data center operations, NOC, customer care, as well as security and compliance. 

As a recipient of Computerworld’s Premier 100 Technology Leaders award, Bob has held several executive leadership roles within the organization. Prior to mindSHIFT, Bob served as the Vice President, Information Technology, at an international semiconductor manufacturer.  

Bob holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from Bloomsburg University. 

 

Archie Seale
Vice President
Alliances and Partner Management

Archie oversees mindSHIFT’s strategic alliances and diverse network of technology partners including VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Dell, EMC, and Amazon, to name a few.

Prior to his current role, Archie served as mindSHIFT’s Vice President of Product and Marketing and has held senior operations, engineering, and customer service roles during his 15 year tenure with the company.

He is a recipient of the MSPmentor 250, placing him among the world’s top managed IT service provider experts.

Archie holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Babson College.
